Chart Patterns!

If you were born today, you would be said to have been born with a Bundle chart pattern!
Chart Patterns were developed by American astrologer Marc Edmund Jones (Oct. 1st 1888-1980). He identified seven chart patterns by observing in which way the ten planets (without using the nodal axis or asteroids) are grouped or spread within a horoscope. The slide below shows the seven chart patterns Jones identified as being significant to chart analysis.
In the Bundle pattern, all the planets fall within a trine of 120 degrees or less (or with orb allowance, up to a maximum of 130 degrees). So this equates to one third of the 360 degree pie!
The person born with the Bundle chart pattern has the ability to really focus their attention, especially on the themes of the occupied houses. They can be driven to do something in their lives and act with a tremendous amount of force! However, they can get so concentrated, they may struggle with tunnel vision and can be a bit dogmatic in the way they go about things. My mother-in-law has a Bundle Pattern in her chart, so trust me, the tunnel vision is true! Lol. She's awesome though. Not trash-talking Mama B! The best way to utilize the bundle energy is to choose a career which requires a great deal of commitment and expertise.
When I was learning astrology, I was quite taken with chart patterns. I discovered I have a very well defined Bucket Pattern in my chart and when I started unpacking what this meant- it rang very true.
Chart patterns are still one of the first things I notice when looking at a chart. Very rarely do I encounter a chart that doesn’t fall into one of the seven chart patterns Jones identified as significant. And when I describe the natal chart pattern I see in a clients chart, they always resonate. Especially you Bowl people!
